This is a great recipe for your waterless cookware frying pans.

Ingredients:

4 skinless chicken breasts

1 fresh lemon

1 TBS sesame seeds

1 tsp oregano

Preheat a large stainless steel frying pan from your waterless cookware set on medium-high heat. Then place the skinless chicken breasts on the pan and reduce heat to medium. Cover the pan and leave the vent open or leave the cover slightly ajar. Cook 10 minutes on one side until browned and turn the chicken over with your spatula from your kitchen utensils. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until done.

Put the chicken breasts on a serving dish. Then squeeze the lemon over the chicken and sprinkle if with the sesame seeds and oregano. Serve immediately. Great with lightly cooked vegetables and rice pilaf. Enjoy!

Salmon Soufflé Cassarole

This recipe has been in my family since I found it while trying to cook something other than hamburgers and hot dogs in college. Whipping eggs with a french wisk instead of mixer to me is always best. Make certain your kitchen accessories include the wisk.

Ingredients:

1 large can salmon

1 can mushroom soup condensed

1 cup soft breadcrumbs

1 TBS. minced onions (more if desire)

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. tobasco sauce (being in Southern CA and married to a Latina-1 would suggest 1/2 tsp. good chile sauce)

1/4 cup mayonaise

4 eggs separated

Preheat oven to 325 degrees C. Drain salmon, and debone if necessary. Blend 1/2 can mushroom soup with the salmon(a purest would use a mushroom white sauce). Add breadcrumbs, onion, tobasco/hot sauce, mayonaise, a little salt and pepper, and egg yolks. Beat egg whites stiff with your wisk from your kitchen accessories. Then fold the egg whites into the ingredients. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. /Dilute remaining soup with water or milk and heat. Pour the sauce over the soufflé if desired before serving. With souffles, always serve immediately or they will go flat. Enloy.

Always try to use the proper non abrasive kitchen accessories when cooking with your Stainless Steel Cookware Set. Avoid metal kitchen accessories and use plastic, teflon coated or wooden spoons, spatulas and forks.

Doing this will avoid scratching and damaging the surfaces of your cookware and allow you a lifetime of use of your stainless steel pots and pans.

French Dressing

This is a great french vinaggrette style dressing for salads.

Ingredients:

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp paprika

Dash cayenne pepper

2 TBS lemon juice

2 TBS wine vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil(or corn oil)

a pinch of Marjoram

1 tsp garlic powder(or 1 clove garlic, whole or pressed-your choice is a better alternative)

Put ingreadients in a jar; cover and shake well before using. I would let it sit for 30 minutes before using remembering to shake well when all ingredients together and then when using as well.

It makes 3/4 cup dressing. Toss with the green salad in the bowl and serve.
